I am a professional martial arts trainer and a pro-MMA athlete, with a 3rd degree blackbelt in unarmed combat and a Jeet Kune Do Associate Instructor Certification with authentic Bruce Lee lineage. I have represented India in a full contact MMA world championship held in Russia, and I continue to train and compete in various martial arts disciplines. I am a Student of Zen and I believe that martial arts is a way of life that enhances one's physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
