Rakesh has worked across strategy, operating model design, culture transformation and change in ways of working for global enterprise clients. He has successfully led large business transformation programs in business, IT, and functions for clients in Europe, US, UK, and Middle East, helping them to achieve market leading customer/employee/partner experience and drive operational agility for sustainable competitive advantage. He started his career in corporate banking and investment management, the expertise he leveraged to set up and scale large (200+ FTE) offshore IT services centers as well as and BPO/KPO services centers, owning P&L for marquee global banks and other industry clients.
